The Story of an Imaginary State

Once upon a time, there was a kingdom where group of people lived according to the divine laws. They had righteous leaders and enjoyed happiness and prosperity. But as time passed, they became greedy and not content with their own lives. Injustice spread throughout the kingdom, leadership changed from bad to worse, and the kingdom eventually fell under the rule of rival power. These rivals ultimately destroyed the kingdom and scattered its people across a new realm.

When the Party in the 1979 decided to intervene in the bedrooms of its population by limiting births per couple to only one child in urban areas and up to two children in rural areas, less was known about the consequences that decision will have decades later. Reasoning lay in planned economy and reducing the population growth due to restricted resources. Once a good plan, later will show its weak spot.

Be it a myth or not, Ottoman Empire was indeed one of the greatest empires ever, ruling the territories of many cultures, religions and languages.
